Hello Woods Families,
Week 16 gets us through the last days before our Winter Break. It was fun with dress up days and candy canes galore! Our Middle School Choir was able to travel to Golden Years where they did some caroling and then went around to the classrooms as well. 4k and 5k families were treated to a Kringle breakfast to end the week.
Here are a few important things to know:
In order to maintain the continuity of our learning environment, parents will no longer be permitted to take forgotten items to a classroom once our school day has begun. Please do not be offended if we ask you to leave the item with the main office.
Thank you to all the families who have generously taken a star from the Giving Tree. All gifts have been given to the families, it is humbling and heartwarming to see our community come together!
As our weather starts to change, please make sure students are coming to school with winter coats, snow pants/boots, hats, and gloves. If you are in need of winter gear for your children please reach out to the front office by phone or email; 262-248-3816 or thoselton@woodsschool.com
Has your child outgrown their winter gear? Please consider donating them to the school, our teachers do keep “extras” when available. You can drop those off at the school front office.
Looking ahead:
January 6th classes resume!
Have a wonderful and safe holiday break!
