Hello Woods Families!
We finished up Forward Testing in Week 33. Thank you for having your child here on time and ready to test. As winter begins to turn to spring and summer, we have lots of exciting events coming up!
Here are a few important things to know:
The window to RSVP to our Lunch with a Loved One has now closed. For check in on the 25th we will be using our Raptor System, if you have never registered at the front desk, please make sure to bring your Driver’s License. Please do not be offended if we ask for your ID, this is for the safety of all our students. Please note, it is one adult per student. Please remember to arrive 15 minutes prior to your student’s lunch time.
You can now report an absence from our website! If you visit the homepage you will see an option to “Report an absence”, simply click the link and fill out and submit the form.
Please follow proper drop off procedures. Doors open at 8:10am please do not drop your student at the front office before this time. All students should be dropped off at the correct entrance for their grade level.
Yearbooks are now ready to be purchased through Lifetouch. Please click HERE. Yearbook ID Code is 14772325. All orders are due by April 28th.Yearbooks will be delivered to Woods School and handed out to your student.
Reminder! If you are looking for babysitting services during the Silent Auction please be sure your RSVP is turned in to the main office by Friday, April 25th. No additional students will be accepted past this deadline.

We continue to countdown the final weeks of the 24/25 school year. Our next graduate is Quentin, please see the attached document for his accomplishments, interests, and memories of Woods!
